Use of Contact Data

'Contact data such as Email address, School or Trust Addresses and contact details are held on saved invoices and email threads for future hires and correspondence, unless specifically requested to be deleted. This data is deleted after a period of two years of non contact. No other person associated with Set for the show has access to this data and all email and file directories are password protected. Data is never shared with any other person or company & pictures or information is not published on any media platforms without prior consent'

Use of images

We will usually take a photo of the set package once installed and upload it to our social media pages with a short caption mentioning the school or theatre company.

We request any photos of the set under the "smoke and lights" be shared with us if possible for promotional uses and can omit faces of actors if requested for privacy and safegaurding purposes.
